I like the idea of using a gold/black luxury shiny look. I found a few template options that might help us quickly achieve this look, however we may need to combine a few and modify them a fair amount in order to get what we need.

Keeping in mind the era and with prohibition and outlaws being prolific, it might be cool to do a few awards as wanted posters.
